As the Golden Knights Recreation Cheerleaders look to end their season on a high note, they traveled down to the Convention Center at Virginia Beach, VA for the Cheer and Dance Extreme Grand Nationals at the Sea. The Golden Knights stole the show, with perfection in every routine, they left the big winners. The JV Squad closed their season to a standing ovation from the sellout crowd. They not only were crowned National Champions in the Youth Small Division, but also "Grand" National Champions for the Future-Youth Team Division. The Varsity put on their expected spectacular show, wowing the crowd with their non-stop routine and endless enthusiasm. They were crowned National Champions in the Junior Large Division. The Seniors, with Elvis in attendance, closed out the perfect day with an exciting, rock and roll power house performance that left the crowd wanting more. They too were crowned National Champions in the Senior Large Division, as well as receiving the Best Choreography Award and were ultimately crowned "Grand" National Champions of the Junior Prep - Varsity Team & Star Division along with receiving the highest score from the entire weekend.
